OUR MEMBERSHIP
During the Eighth National Congress, General Federation of Nepalese Trade Unions (GEFONT) has verified its membership. The statistics show, some of the area GEFONT has made progress and in some area it has lost some membership. In 7th National Congress, GEFONT represented 18 affiliate federations and few local level unions. The Confederation then had membership of 440,712. After five years, it represented 21 affiliate federations and the total membership of the Confederation is 449,766 with the increment by 9,054 (2%).
