Migrant Nepali Workers in Saudi Arabia have filed Applications in the GEFONT Support Group Saudi requesting for help to get the Compensation from the Company & for arrangement to send them back to Nepal.
On 19 Sept 2015, Mohammad Khalil went to Saudi to work in Fahad H. Haider East for General Contracting Company, Dammam through World Wide Employment Kathmandu. While working in the Company, his right leg was broken in an accident. But even after six months of the accident, Company is not willing to give Compensation to him, so he has appealed GSG Saudi for action against the Company.
Likewise, Jaffar Miya Dhuniya went to work in same Company on 04 Nov 2015 through Annapurna Service Pvt. Ltd. During the work, his right leg was broken but the Company is not providing Compensation even after four months of the accident. So he has also appealed GSG Saudi for justice.
According to the GEFONT Support Group Saudi, both case have been informed to the Nepali Embassy and GSG has been facilitating for necessary help to the Victims.
