Kathmandu, Nepal Home workers union province no 3 has organized training on effective wage policy.Training sessions has been facilitating by GEFONT Vice President Cde. Bidur Karki, HUN Secretary General Cde. Gyanu KC and Saurav Shah from ILO taught to fill the wage logbook.
In the inauguration session, HUN President Cde. Chandrasagar Lama said "the training is conducting to inform the members about the minimum wage fixed by the government & it will help to clear the perception about wages between the employer and the workers; he further added.
In the training, GEFONT Vice President Bidur Karki briefed on the issues of work, skills and labor relations. He also informed about the wages fixed by the government as well as analyzed the situation of home-based workers.
