NHIWU launches campaign for organization strengthening

NHIWU 5th central committee meeting has been concludes in Dhulikhel. the Meeting has passed the proposed organizational report, evaluation report, Financial report, upcoming plan & program.

Speaking as a chief guest GEFONT Secretary General Cde. Janak Chaudhary has expressed his views on the work of the union based on five points, including the strengthening of the organization.

Likewise, NIHWU President Cde. Suryakumar Kunwar has directed all the members of the Central Committee to be more responsible, empowered and motivated to fulfill their duties efficiently.

In the meeting, on behalf of the Secretariat secretary general Cde. Laxman Tiwari has submitted an evaluation report & report of Subordinate committees and activities report after the fourth meeting.
 
Finance Secretary Cde. Ranju Thapa has submitted a report of the income and expenditure of fiscal year & and the estimated income and expenditure statement for the next Fiscal Year.  Meeting has unanimously approved the report.



Likewise, as per the plan of membership campaign after 10th Congress the meeting has decided to increase due paying membership and to strengthen the organization campaign in each of the province the group has been divided and plan for 25 enterprise level committee to register in labour office. The meeting has also decided to conduce delegates council meeting in October. 
 
To enhance leadership capacity of the members the meeting has decided to conduct training programs on organizing & current law in each of the provinces as per sector in collaboration with GEFONT.
