GEFONT affiliate union Nepal Independent Hotel, Casino and Restaurant Workers Union, 43rd anniversary Day was held on 29 November at Hotel Hardik, Baghbazar, with chief guest GEFONT President Binod Shrestha. Chief Guest Shrestha said, "our journey started from a 4-star hotel in Kathmandu today is an achievement of the organization to establish the identity of our movement even in the global union."



NIHWU President Laxman Tiwari said that it is necessary to make plans in a subtle way and move forward.
In the program, Central Vice President Lalita K.C made a welcome speech and operated by the central general secretary Kamal Ghimire while, General Secretary of HAN Sajan Shakya, President of Fast Food Business Association Raju Shrestha, President of UNITRAV Suman Parajuli addressed the program.
