March 25 – First CUPPEC Kathmandu Metropolitan City Convention has been concluded electing 13 members CUPPEC Kathmandu Metropolitan committee under the Presidency of Jhamak Lal Bamjan.
The Convention was inaugurated by GEFONT Secretary General Cde. Bishnu Lamsal . On the occasion, CUPPEC President Cde. Nara Nath Luintel,advisors Cde. Tej bahadur basnet, Cde,Yogendra Sharma , GEFONT Bagmati Zonal Committee President Cde. Ram hari Nepal, CUPPEC Kathmandu district committee President Cde. Baburam Pokhrel extended their best wishes for the success of convention.
On the occasion.CUPPEC Kathmandu district committee handed over the 25000 for the GEFONT solidarity fund. Likewise, CUPPEC Kathmandu district committee handed over the 8500 cash to the victims of Earthquake Cde. Manju Ghimire.
