May 24- Organising the program during 23-24 May 2016, GEFONT Support Group has been formed in Kolkata which will cover the West Bengal & Jharkhand. It is the First GEFONT Support group in India. During the program, 11 members working committee has been elected with the Coordinator Bishnu Regmi.
Speaking in the program, ILO Governing Council Member Binda Pandey briefed about ILO and its work. Likewise, Deputy Secretary General Janak Chaudhary highlighted about the GEFONT and importance of GEFONT Support group & its function.
During the program, various problems faced by Nepali Migrants workers in India were discussed.
