ITWAN celebrates its 37th   Anniversary Grandly

Independent Transport Workers Association of Nepal (ITWAN) celebrated its 37th Anniversary by organizing various programme throughout the country. On the occasion, ITWAN organized blood donation programme in various places including Lalitpur, Dharan, Ithari, Dhangadi, Kanchanpur, Rajbiraj and Dolakha . Altogether 533 participants had participated in Blood donation programme in Lalitpur .

Inaugurating the programme held in Lalitpur, GEFONT Secretary General Cde. Janak Chaudhary highlighted the current political situation of Nepal. Cde. Chaudhary insisted on need of systemized documentation of Union activities and membership as well. On the occasion Secretary General highlighted the role of union for the effective implementation of Labour law and contributory social security act in Transport sector.

ITWAN President Cde. Bhim Jwala Rai  highlighted the  objective of the programme.
