GEFONT President urges the Government not to proceed any new laws against workers

Inaugurating the JTGCWUN Second National Convention, GEFONT President, Bishnu Rimal urged the Government not to proceed any new laws against workers. He said "Trade Unions are not in favour of protest but if workers rights will be snatched then we will robustly protest it". He further added "Social Security Act will be adopted if the Current Government will not create any hurdles and most of the labour problems will be solved"
Encouraging the Youth participation, He said "There are three Generations in the Union and maximising the experience of first generation, Young generation should be empowered to lead the Trade Union Movement." 
Speaking in the programme, CPN-UML Morag President said "Mahesh Regmi said "Working class has been supporting to the CPN-UML party and expressed gratitude to GEFONT for significant contribution to strengthen the party." He conveyed greetings for grand success of JTGCWUN Convention.
During the Inauguration session, GEFONT President, Bishnu Rimal felicitated 15 Senior Organisers with appreciation letter and cash. Likewise, GEFONT Vice President Haridatta Joshi and Secretary Keshav Duwadi were also felicitated for their contribution in T & G Sector.
