Kathmandu, GEFONT affiliate Union of Trekking Travels, Rafting and Airlines Workers – Nepal (UNITRAV) has organized program on the occasion of 36th Anniversary in Chitlag, Makawanpur .
Speaking as a chief guest, GEFONT General Secretary Cde. Janak Choudhary Said" exiting laws help to strengthen labor relations in the Nepali labour market but in the meantime there was some practices has also been seen, not following the laws we have to aware on that . General Secretary Chaudhary suggested that UNITRAV should focus on implementation of Social Security & Labour Law in favor of tourism workers.
On the occasion, UNITRAV President Cde. Suman Prasad Parajuli emphasized leadership of the tourism sectors should be able to keep the issue toward the concern authorities & work towards improving the condition of the tourism sectors, raising awareness among the workers, make the profession safe and healthy
