Training on labor act and Colective Bargaining has been organized for the members of the UNITRAV Gandaki Province on 22 Dec. 2020.
UNITRAV has organized the training at a time when tourism sectors has hit hard since last April due to the global pandamic Covid-19, which has not been able to take off yet.
The training has been organized with a aim of informing the workers about the issues covered in the Labor Act and how they can be implemented. The training also provided information on problems in the field and CBA. At the training program, Chief Guest and facilitator GEFONT National Committee Member and GEFONT Gandaki Province Committee President Cde. Rudra Khatri briefed about the Labor Act, 2074 and how to make CBA effective at the industrial level.
Cde.Bijaya KC from Pokhara informed that various speakers explained about the Labor Act and collective bargaining. the training was attended by 57 participants.
