Nepal Health Volunteer Association (NEVA) has submitted a charter of demands including increment of allowance, provision of minimum wage, Health insurance and Accidental insurance to the Minister of State for Health and Population Padma Kumari Aryal .
The demands include, festival allowance, provision of gratuity after the retirement from service.
