Bank, Finance and Cooperative Sector Employee Union Training Concludes
GEFONT affiliate Bank, Finance and Cooperative Sector Employee Union (BAFSEU) has organized province level training in GEFONT School on 1st December 2018.
Inaugurating the training program, GEFONT Vice President & Province No 3 in charge Cde. Jeetendra Shreatha Said”the definition of trade union movement of the initial days and now is quite change. Those who work and get reimbursement are the workers & they can be trade union members.He further said” The future of the working class is socialism & Constitution of Nepal of has already incorporated it. The social welfare program leads the society toward to socialism.
After a long fight of the GEFONT now the government has launched the Social Security Scheme. & the government has marked November 27 as Social Security Day for that on behalf of the GEFONT, Vice President Thanks to the Government & trade union and workers should be aware for effective implementation of social security he added.
He said to enhance the capacity members GEFONT has been running regular Trade Union School in Central level & planning further to run trade union school in province level also.
President of GEFONT province No 3 Cde. Ram Hari Nepal, Secretary Cde. Arjun Aryal, education department head Cde. Krishna Rimal, Members Cde. Dipak Sapkota, Cde. Sunita Bhandari, Cde. Salikram Subedi facilitated the training program.
