Trekking Worker dies due to the high altitude

February 03 - Trekking Worker Birkha Bahadur Nepali of Sotang VDC-4 from Solukhmbu district died caused by high-altitude on Sep.23, 2011 while returning back from the Everest Base Camp.

Late Birkha Bahadur was working in S. The Himalayna Trekking Private Ltd as a Porter.

In the initiation of GEFONT affiliate – UNITRAV and S.The Himalayan Trekking Private Ltd, deceased family got 5,15,000 as compensation from TAAN and Neco Insurence.
