NIDWU- in Western Nepal

July 13- NIDWU has expanded its working area by forming the Unit Committee in Western Nepal . The meeting which was organised by NIDWU in Bitwal ,elected five members Butwal Unit committee. During the Meeting , Problems of Domestice workers ,NIDWU and its objective, ILO convention on DW and roles and responsibility of members of Unit Committee were discussed. There were 17 participants including Com.Hari Karki President , GEFONT Lubini Zonal committee , Sonu danuwar President  NIDWU .

According to the data of NIDWU during the period from March 2010 to July 2010 , 230 domestic workers joined in NIDWU.Among them 160 male and 70 female.
