Arogya Bhawan Works seals deal with NICIWU

June 01 - An agreement has been signed between Nepal Independent Chemical & Iron Workers' Union (NICIWU) and Arogya Bhawan Works on wage increment and other facilities.

The management of Arogya Bhawan Works  agreed to increase Rs 1000/- in salary, Rs 250/- in education allowance, Rs 1000 in travell allowance, Rs.250 in room rent allowance, Rs 1000/- in dearness allowance and Rs 5000/- in food allowance.

Similarly in Agreement other provisions such as Provident Fund, Accident insurance, Maternity leave, Paternity leave are illustrated.

On behalf of Management , Mr Saugat Rimal-Managing Director, Ms.Barsha Rimal-Factory Operation Manager, Mr.Bhadrakali Luitel-Supervisor, Mr.Raman Kumar Karna –Marketing manager and on behalf of Union, Cde. Rajesh Bharati-President Union, Cde.Shiva Kumar Hamal-vice president, Cde.Gyan Bahadur thapa-Secretary,Cde.Balaram Thapa-joint secretary, Cde.Suntali thapa vice president of GEFONT kathmandu district committee and Cde.Bisartha Rana GEFONT representative,have signed in Agreement.
