Termination of workers by TempleTiger Jungle Lodge

March 24 - Cde. Man Bahadur Bote president and Cde.Yug Narayan Kumal member of GEFONT affiliate Nepal Independent Hotel, Casino & Restaurant Workers' Union (NIHWU) of Temple tiger jungle lodge Chitwan were terminated by the management from Feb.02 ,2012  without any valid reason.

The leaders are in process of Negotiation of Collective bargaining in that Enterprise. It is the gross violation of labor Act, Trade union Act of Nepal and ILO convention as well. Thus, Union demands that terminated leaders should be reinstated with compensation without delay. However, Management has denied it. The workers are planning to file the case in  labour court.
