Hence we are passing through a difficult transition. However in spite of political instability and disorders in Labour market & economic activities, we have conducted significant activities on rights, interest & welfare of workers.

We could lead the issue of social security towards a dynamic turning point from status quo. Ground for Institutional building of the Social Security Fund and draft of Social Security law is completed.

Effective mobilization has been done for the inclusion of Workers agenda in the new constitution. Pressurizing and creative activities have been continued to institutionalize workers right as fundamental rights, to establish national Labour Commission for prompt justice and to dig out fast track for a pro-welfare social state."
